Returns: Items you have received
We understand that sometimes you change your mind after you placed you order and we're happy to return any unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Shipping is to be covered by the customer. We do charge a 15% restocking fee.
In the event that we made the error, we will waive the restocking fee and cover the cost of shipping, but we must be notified with two weeks of parcel delivery. In this case, we pay for the shipping.
Cancellations: Items you have not received yet
You can cancel your unfulfilled order with no cancellation fee as long as the courier has not yet picked up the package. As we try ship out orders as fast as possible it is difficult to put a time on this. If you do need to cancel an order please contact us ASAP.
Shipping and handling:
Once order is placed products are shipped out the next business day
(sometimes even the same day if order is placed early enough).
Depending on your location delivery time will vary. Within Canada usually 2-4 business days, USA usually 3-5 business days

Immediately after placing an order online, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order.
